Terms

Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

Prohibited conduct

• Any sexual content involving a person under 18, or anyone presented as under 18.
• Non-consensual sexual content, coercion, exploitation, trafficking, threats or harassment.
• Illegal content or activity, fraud, malware, spam or attempts to compromise the service.
• Recording, publishing or redistributing another user's private live video without the permissions required by law.
• Showing another person on camera without that person's consent.

Moderation

Authorized moderators may access a live stream when needed for safety, abuse investigation or enforcement. The service does not continuously record video calls, but captures periodic screenshots of active streams for safety moderation as described in the Privacy Policy. Users may be disconnected or banned for violations.

Chatroom

Cumalot is a shared adult room. You choose a temporary username and gender that are visible to room users. Public messages are visible to the room and stored in the service chat history; private messages are sent to the selected room user. Other room users may choose to connect to your available webcam, and more than one user may watch at the same time. You can disable your camera or leave the room at any time.

Reports and user interactions

Use the available reporting controls when another user violates these rules. A username, selected gender or other user-provided information is not independently verified by Cumalot and should not be treated as proof of identity.

No guaranteed availability

The service does not guarantee availability, the identity or interests of another user, uninterrupted connectivity, message delivery or camera availability.
