Direct video whenever possible

The service uses WebRTC. Live audio and video are sent directly between the two users whenever a direct route can be established. A relay may be used when network conditions prevent a direct connection.

Moderation and reports

A user can report the current stranger from the chat interface. Authorized moderation may access a live stream for safety, abuse investigation and rule enforcement, and the user is shown a notice while that moderation connection is active.
